There have been some recent updates to the USCIS Website that make it easier to check your case status on line. This is for immigrants who have already submitted their paperwork. To get information about what options are available to you please check with your nearest Irish Center.
- A new e-request inquiry tool allows customers to create an electronic inquiry about pending cases via www.uscis.gov. The e-request tool is currently available only for I-90s and N-400s that are past posted processing times.
- Also, USCIS added e-mail notification in Spanish and change of address online in Spanish.
- USCIS also added more “bubbles” to the check your case status online function to more accurately reflect the adjudications flow of a specific form type.
